I don't mean removing progress on origin, but in the game. I went through the game in one save slot (adventure), and the game offered to create a new game (adventure +). I created it, and it turned out that you just play the game with previously unlocked cosmetics. I decided that I would like to delete this unplayed save, I just don't know how.
To save your progress at a Meditation Point, simply approach it and interact with it by pressing the prompted button (E on PC, X on PlayStation, or A on Xbox). Cal will then kneel down and enter a meditative state, bringing up the Meditation menu. The game will automatically save your progress once you enter the Meditation menu.
Does Fallen Order data carry over to this game? No, it references game 1 a lot as you might expect, but it doesn't actually use your save data. You can check below the new game what happened in the previous game. There are no choices in the previous game, so it doesn't matter.
