It's the estimated maximum capacity, which is why it's called "Maximum Capacity", not "Battery Health" (it's simply in the Battery Health section, but it's not a measure of its "health"). It's an estimate of the battery's maximum capacity compared to when the battery was new. For a power user yes. Apple expects you to reach 80% after ~2 years, so if you use your device heavily this isn't abnormal at all. I’ve had my 12 for over a year (Feb 2022) and am at 88% currently.
