I've got the same problem (indicators/hazards stay lit, not flash). I managed to get the x2 screws out of the Bosch part using a small right angled screwdriver and pliers - but the Bosch module still doesn't come out. You’ll need to reset the steering and windows after but it may bring the B&M back. Or, what worked for me was reseating the 5A ‘various devices’ fuses under the steering wheel. Go onto Ebay, type "ALFA 147 HEATER CONTROL" and you'll find someone selling genuine Alfa heater control panels for £40 inc postage which when fitted, which is very simple to do, solves the problem!!
